Party Track licenses include:

• The right to use Party Track software for an unlimited period of time at a single location
• Consultation with your computer and network hardware vendor
• Customization of all forms to use company name, address, and logo

We also include telephone installation and training.  Training is available onsite for an additional charge.

All software licenses must be supported by an annual maintenance and support agreement.  This covers maintenance releases to the Party Track software and provides you with unlimited telephone support.  The annual maintenance fee is 15% of the license fee list price.

If you require assistance with financing your software we can help. There are leasing companies that work specifically with rental companies that we can put you in contact with.

We also offer our own 25-25-25 financing program that is available to everyone with no financing fees or interest charges. This financing requires an initial payment of 25%, a second payment of 25% after 60 days, and then the remaining balance is spread over 25 monthly payments.
